Controlling of water pumps and water reservoirs
Failures of cable connection of water reservoirs and puping stations is a very usual problem of current installaions. Our company supplies devices with utilization of GSM/GPRS network. Each telemetric station has a build-in GSM module which controls water-pumps in a pumping station.
GPRS - SMS control
If the level reaches preset limits, the station sents requests (to swich on or of water pumps) into the pumping station. Control orders are graded. They are sent via GPRS network at first, becouse of low operating costs (0,03 CZK/1kB). Secondly they can be sent by SMS directly to the controled station, with the request to switch on/off water pumps. The third level of security is only a warning SMS mesage with preset text, which notify the operator of an exceptional event.
Wider use of telemetric stations
Telemetric stations M4016-G3 can control each other, monitor a and control technology of water pumps and water reservoirs.
Monitoring
Our telemetric stations M4016-G3 measure flows, levels, pressures and temperatures in the water reservoirs. Moreover, they can measure other physical values such as pH, residual chlorine, etc. Up to 40 binary channels in each station record and transfer data when pumps, compressors or other water-pump station technology are switched off or on.
Control technology
DV2 I/O unit switches pumps and control technology. DV2 has 16 binary inputs and 6 relays. The special function "Stand-in" automatically takes turns of preset numer of pumps. This function disbars crankiness pumps and sends warning SMS mesage about this failure to the operator. The single relays joined with the station can be switched with command SMS from the unit or sell phones. Up to 2 DVD can be connected to one station M4016-G3.
